St. Anne School is conveniently located on the edge of Manheim Township and Lancaster City and is served by buses from over 10 school districts, including Manheim Township, Conestoga Valley, Lancaster, Lampeter Strasburg, Pequea Valley, Garden Spot, and Warwick. The school is near the Lancaster train station and is easily reached from Routes 30, 222, and 501.

Lancaster, once the capital of the United States, became a city in 1818. Lancaster County has a population of approximately 422,000 people and is located in south-central Pennsylvania. The Amish settled here because the county offered some of the best farmland in the world.
